Cayo Coco
Is 370 km2 island, connected by a road beach to the main land. Covered with vegetation and with 22 km of beaches and with internal lakes, it hosts numerous bird species, including a colony of pink flamingos. Its impressive barrier reef offers wonderful potential for scuba diving and fishing. Guira and the Jabali Cave are must see features. It has an international airport.
Cayo Guillermo
13 sq area with 3 beaches with a total length of 4 kms. The most famous is the Playa Pilar, which has the tallest sand dunes in the Caribbean, up to 15 m high. It also contains much bird life. It’s connected to Cayo Coco by a walk way.
