TERMS AND CONDITIONS


+ Check your itinerary. Ensure that all names and titles are the same as in your passport. Check accuracy of all dates and timings. Any errors on your documents will be your responsibility.

+ Minimum deposit of $100 per person is required within 7 days of confirmation. Deposit is non- refundable.

+ Full payment is required 45 days prior to departure from Australia.

+ If reservation is made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required on confirmation.

+ Fees will apply when a confirmed booking is changed, or after documents are issued. Any changes on or after confirmation will incur a AUD $ 30.00 fee.

+ Cancellations must be notified in writing and will take effect from the day we receive your cancellation notification.

  1. less than 45 days- 50 % of full payment
  2. less than 30 days- no refund

+ These prices do not include flights.
